Mr. Fliegauf practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation and employment litigation, as well as construction law.

Mr. Fliegauf represents his clients in the state and federal court systems, and has been lead counsel in many jury and non-jury trials. He also has participated in dozens of mediations. He primarily represents local, national, and international business in complex litigation matters. Mr. Flilegauf has been regularly named a “Massachusetts Super Lawyer” (top 5% of Massachusetts) by the publishers of Boston Magazine every year since 2005.
