Partner

Mr. Wagner has an active practice in the areas of land use, zoning, and environmental litigation. He represents owners, developers, lessors, lessees, abutters, and municipalities before local boards and commissions, state agencies, and all courts. His administrative work includes representation of owners and developers in permitting efforts.

His practice also includes commercial, insurance coverage, and professional liability litigation.  He has tried cases in Superior Court, District Court, and Land Court.  He has handled matters pro hac vice in Delaware, New Jersey, Texas and Maine.

Mr. Wagner is active in firm management.  He currently is the firm's Hiring Partner.  He also works on a committee overseeing legal education for lawyers at all levels at the firm.
