Ms. Stewart practices in the area of civil litigation with concentrations in employment law and construction law. She has defended employment litigation matters involving allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment in federal and state court and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She also has advised employers regarding their employment policies and procedures. Ms. Stewart's experience in construction law includes both negotiating and defending contract disputes on behalf of owners, general contractors, and design professionals in both federal and state court. She also has defended work-related injuries.
