Partner Mr. Peisch is an accomplished trial lawyer whose civil practice is concentrated in commercial and tort litigation, including professional malpractice, product liability, toxic torts, and insurance coverage disputes. He also has had considerable experience advising clients as to state and federal regulatory legal issues. A former prosecutor, Mr. Peisch also practices in the area of white collar criminal defense in both federal and state courts. He also has served as a mediator and court-appointed discovery master. Mr. Peisch has been selected as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" every year since 2008 and has been regularly named a"Top 100 New England Lawyers" by Law and Politics and the publishers of Boston Magazine.
