Mr. Peisch is an accomplished trial lawyer whose civil practice is concentrated in commercial and tort litigation, including professional malpractice, product liability, toxic torts, and insurance coverage disputes. He also has had considerable experience advising clients as to state and federal regulatory legal issues. A former prosecutor, Mr. Peisch also practices in the area of white collar criminal defense in both federal and state courts. He also has served as a mediator and court-appointed discovery master. Mr. Peisch was selected as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" and as one of the "Top 100 New England Lawyers" by Law and Politics and the publishers of Boston Magazine for 2008. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
