Ms. Matloff practices in the area of civil litigation. Her areas of practice include commercial litigation, insurance, professional liability, and ERISA.

Ms. Matloff's experience includes work on matters involving life and disability benefits litigation, the application of disability and other discrimination statues to employee benefit plans, products liability defense, the Massachusetts Oil and Hazardous Material Release Prevention Act, contract disputes, copyright infringement, malpractice defense, and nursing home litigation. Ms. Matloff has been named a “Rising Star” (a distinction reserved for attorneys under the age of forty and with less than ten years of experience) by the rating service Super Lawyers and publishers of Boston Magazine every year since 2005.
