Mr. Jacobs practices in the area of civil litigation with a concentration in commercial litigation and employment law and litigation. He has appeared in state and federal court and before various government agencies (including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Department of Employment and Training, and the Division of Administrative Law Appeals) and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations.
