Mr. Bernardo practices in the area of civil litigation with a concentration in employment law. He has appeared in state and federal court and before various governmental agencies (including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Department of Labor, Massachusetts Labor Relations Board, Massachusetts Department of Employment and Training, and Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents).
