Mr. Dennington focuses his practice in the area of litigation. His experience includes work in the areas of employment law, professional liability, commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense. He has represented clients before state courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, administrative bodies including the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, as well as in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Mr. Dennington has been selected as an Up & Coming Lawyer for 2011 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. He has also been regularly selected as a "Rising Star" by Law and Politics and the publishers of Boston Magazine since 2008. He has been recognized for his active participation in Boston’s pro bono legal networks, including Volunteer Lawyers Project and Health Law Advocates. Mr. Dennington is a past Co-Chair of the Consumer Finance Committee of the Boston Bar Association.
