Mr. Boucher focuses his practice in the area of civil litigation. His experience includes work concentrating in the areas of employment law, construction law, professional liability, insurance coverage and tort defense. He has practiced in Massachusetts state and federal courts and New Hampshire state court. He has also advocated for clients in front of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration on employment-related matters.
