We are pleased to announce that Amy C. Stewart has been promoted to partner and Alexis P. Theriault has become associated with the firm.

Ms. Stewart joined the firm in 2002 after earning her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She will continue to focus her civil litigation practice in the areas of construction law, employment law, professional liability and business litigation.

Ms. Theriault joined the firm in 2011 after earning her J.D., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.  She will concentrate her practice in civil litigation.

Conn Kavanaugh attorneys and staff raised over $4,500 in donations during the firm's annual campaign for United Way. The proceeds go to community service organizations that aid members of the Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley communities.

James Gray Wagner and Erin D. Wolf secured a jury verdict in Middlesex Superior Court on a claim of Misappropriation of Trade Secrets between competing medical device companies.  The case now requires the judge to decide additional remedies under claims for Chapter 93A violation and injunctive relief for return of the client's intellectual property.
