Representative Matters

• Handled a week-long arbitration in Tokyo, Japan involving a computer software dispute between an American company and a Japanese company.

• Twice obtained Superior Court trial verdicts on behalf of commercial landlords whose tenants misused the landlords' properties, with the court ordering the tenants to cease their misuse of the properties and reimburse the landlords' legal fees. 
  
  
• Obtained Superior Court jury trial verdict on behalf of a multi-national construction design and management firm sued for allegedly negligent oversight of a public works construction project and resulting property damage. Also obtained findings from the jury that allowed his client to recover the vast majority of its legal fees from another defendant.
  
  
• Obtained Superior Court jury trial verdict on behalf of podiatric surgeon who allegedly improperly administered to the plaintiff an injection that caused gangrene and required an amputation.
  
  
• Represented an engineering-design firm in a federal case involving alleged design errors on a $40M+ state university construction project, in which the plaintiff contractors alleged damages over $10M.
  
  
• Defended prominent Massachusetts construction company against claims of catastrophic personal injuries by three construction workers, securing a settlement of the case that required no payment by his client and full reimbursement of his client's legal fees.
  
  
• Successfully prosecuted claims on behalf of multiple home owners alleging structural defects in their newly constructed residences.
